AR Chemical Setter MU Anchor　MU

For Concrete / Hammer Drive type

L-shaped rebar / U-shaped rebar can be installed.
Demonstrates strong fixing force just by driving.
Better to use rod or deformed bar with thread.
High bond strength can be obtained by using a metal wire brush.
Uses the included stopper to prevent liquid splashing and dripping.
Can be installed on walls and ceilings.

Installation Procedure

❶Drill a hole

❷Clean the hole 2 to 3 times

❸Mark on the anchor rod

❹Attach fixing elements after required curing time

●If the installation temperature is 5 ° C or less, immediately rotated the rod 5 turns or more. Do not use in an environment below -5 ° C.
●Please use the included stopper for installation on the ceiling surface.
●When installing on the wall or ceiling, be careful of liquid dripping.
●Be sure to observe the expiration date (3 years from manufacturing).

❺After curing time, attach fixing elements

・Proceed installation with a metal wire brush.
・The allowable tensile load is a calculated value according to the manufacturer’s formula. The allowable load is the calculated value of the concrete failure mode when using Fc = 21N / mm2 concrete, M screws (SS400) and deformed bar SD295 (use SD345 for above D19)
※Capsule length and drilling depth of M16 are not the same
