AR Chemical Setter IS System　EA／EA-S

Installation Procedure

❶Drill a hole

❷Clean the hole 2 to 3 times

❸Mark the anchor rod

❹Resin injection

※Be sure to discard the first 3~4 shots.

Be sure to clean the dust in the hole by brush.

Completely remove the water that has accumulated in the holes (wet holes are possible).

At the beginning of use, the mixing of the main agent and the hardener will be uneven, resulting in the inability to exert strength. Be sure to discard the first 3~4 shots.

Do not touch the anchor rods during the curing time.

When installing on the wall or ceiling, be careful of liquid dripping.

Be sure to check the expiration date (1 year from manufacture).

❺Insert the rod while gently turning it by hand. Installation after curing

・Working time: The time from the start of resin injection until the resin loses fluidity (insert the rod within this time)

・The required amount of resin is a value calculated with a surplus rate of 20%.
・The number of installations per cartridge is a guide. (Upper: M screw; Lower: deformed bar)

The IS system EA-350 / 500 / 500S does not require stirring by rotating or striking the anchor rods, so it can be embedded in various shapes and materials. However, do not use a round bar or other object with a smooth surface, as it will not be able to exert sufficient fixing strength.

◦When storing the EA-350 in use, attach the mixing nozzle, store the foil pack in the cartridge holder in a cool and dark place, and must be used up within 4 weeks.
For EA-500 / EA-500S / EA-500W, remove the mixing nozzle and wipe off the resin adhering to the tip of the cartridge. Finally, attach the cap, store it in a cool and dark place, and use it up within the expiration date.
◦When reusing, make sure that the resin at the tip of the cartridge is not cured before replacing it with a new mixing nozzle. If the resin is cured, remove the cured resin before installing the mixing nozzle.
