Metamo Screw　MMS／MMS-S

Truss Head

Easily penetrates thin steel plates and fastens to a wooden base.
There is little wobbling during installation, and the penetration and installation work can be completed in one go.
Due to the adoption of the truss head shape, the contact area with the material is large, and it does not swell even when thin steel plates are stacked.
Uses a single-threaded screw which is ideal for wooden base.
Eliminates wood cracks with its special cutting edge shape.
No pilot hole is required for thin steel plates (1.2 mm or less).
Corrosion protection coating is used for made of stainless steel products.

［Application］

Attach Steel Plate, Aluminum Plate, Wood, Gypsum Board to Wood Base, etc.

Installation Procedure

・Press the drill point vertically on the place to be installed, then use a power tool to press and slowly rotate the screw.

●Please follow the size shown in the catalog to choose a recommended screwdriver.
●Please install at the rotation speed according to the size.
●Use a thin steel plate with a thickness of 1.2 mm or less.
●Install the screw vertically to the fixture.
●Stop the rotation immediately after tightening is complete. Excessive torque can cause problems such as instability in the product fit and head skipping.
●It cannot be applied from a wooden base to a thin steel plate.
