For hollowcore precast concrete slab・semi-precast concrete slab / Internal cone driving type

Anchors for hanging bolts, hollowcore precast concrete slab and semi-precast concrete slab.
With a specially shaped flange, fully threaded bolt (W3/8) can be fastened sufficiently.
By marking two places on the head, it is possible to visually judge whether the embed. depth is 20 mm even after construction.
Installation completion can be visually confirmed by using a specialized setting tool.

Installation Procedure

❶Drill a hole

●Make sure that the drilling depth is 20mm according to the regulation.
●If it is drilled deeper than 20 mm, it may damage the PC steel wire or penetrate the skeleton and may not show sufficient strength. (See the figure below)
●In the case of a semi-precast concrete slab, it cannot be applied to the thin-walled part (shell part) before concrete is placed and hardened.

❷Clean the dust

❸Hammer the anchor

❹Fasten the appropriate size threaded rod or threaded bolt into the anchor
