Zinc Cap is an anticorrosion protection cap devised by applying the excellent protective function of high-purity zinc.

Since zinc is a metal with a higher ionization tendency than iron, it acts as an anode against iron and exerts an electric corrosion protection (sacrificial protection) effect. In addition, the inhibitory effect of the corrosion product (white rust of zinc) formed by the corrosion of zinc suppresses the corrosion of iron for a long period of time.

Since the installation does not use any adhesive or caulking material, it is eco-friendly and does not require troublesome work. The zinc cap is strong against impact and protects the threaded part firmly.

Installation is simple because the user only needs to tighten the Zinc Cap with a spanner on top of All Anchor.

The range of use is important when installing the zinc cap. Before installing, measure the range of use and check if the zinc cap can be installed.

First, measure the thickness of the fixture (L3), and enter the required value in the selection formula from the table below to calculate. Since the calculated value is the min. full length (L) of All Anchor to be selected, select an All Anchor with a full length (L) longer than this value.
