Seismic Eco-Filler SE-1300V

For concrete / Cartridge type
  • Cement-based, non-combustible.
  • Can be used even on wet surfaces.
  • Can easily knead with a designated stirring rod (sold separately).
  • Contributes to improving the working environment with no VOC gas or odor.
  • Just a little drip of the material when injecting horizontally or facing the ceiling.

Bridge collapse prevention, edge widening, bearing replacement / maintenance, repair, reinforcement work

❶Drill a hole
❷Cleaning inside the hole and checking the drilling depth
❸Marking on anchor reinforcing bar
❹Material injection
❺Embed the anchor reinforcing bar to the marking position while gently turning it by hand.

❶Material input

Be sure to put ❶special water in the cartridge and then ❷powder.

❷Mixing
Set the stirring bar in the 18V impact driver, insert it all the way into the cartridge, and rotate it clockwise for a specified amount of time.
❸Discharge preparation
Face the mark label (scale) of the cartridge up and then place the cartridge to the cartridge holder. Rotate the cartridge until the tip is fixed with cartridge holder and does not move back and forth.
❹Air discharge
When the discharge preparation is completed, set the designated dispenser and discharge the air with the nozzle facing up.

※Curing time is the time it takes for compressive strength to develop
※The working time depends on the ambient temperature used
※If the temperature exceeds 30°C, the working time will be shortened. Take measures such as keeping the designated water and powder in cool condition or using a retarder.
●This product is a single-use type.
●Please use powder and special water immediately after opening.
●After stirring, use within the working time.
●Do not touch the anchor reinforcing bar during the curing time.
●Do not add cement, sand, water, admixtures (agents), etc.
●Wear protective goggles, protective masks, and gloves when working.
●Store in a place that is not affected by direct sunlight or rainwater.
●Be sure to check the expiration date (2 years from the time of manufacture).

Since the Seismic Eco-Filler does not require stirring by rotating and striking the anchor bolt, it can be embedded in various shapes and materials.
However, do not use a round bar or other object with a smooth surface, as it will not be able to exert sufficient fixing strength.
