Sleeve Anchor with Coupling Nut　AW-PC Type

For hollow core precast concrete slab, semi-precast concrete slab with steel truss / Cone-Nut type
  • Suspension fixture anchor for perforated PC board, half-precast concrete with truss reinforcement.
  • Can be installed on both solid and hollow parts.
  • Installation completion can be visually confirmed by flattening the dome washer.
  • By the two markings on the head, it is possible to visually judge that the effective embed. depth is 20 mm even after installation.

❶Drill a hole
●If drilled deeper than the specified drilling depth, the PC steel wire inside hollow core precast concrete slab may be damaged (See ① below).
●If  the covering thickness of PC steel wire in hollow core precast concrete slab is less than 35mm, please avoid the PC steel wire when proceeding installation in the solid part.
●For semi-precast concrete slab with steel truss, check the reinforcement location with a rebar probe and avoid reinforcement during installation (See ② below).
●Use a lightweight hammer drill with a power consumption of 650W or less.
