Metal Undercut Anchor SMUC/MUC-D Type

For concrete / Undercut (Steel bottom expansion type)

The rotation and impact force of a hammer drill "enables the anchor to form the hole into a conical shape while expanding ( self-undercutting feature)", achieving accurate bottom expansion result.
User can confirm the installation process visually to ensure installation reliability.
Mechanically fixing, which means that the pullout force is the tensile strength of the bolt.
Removable after use.
In addition to regular installation, it is also possible to use a filler material in the pilot hole to prevent deterioration of the base material.

Installation Procedure

❶Drill a hole

❷Clean the dust

❸Insert the anchor

❹Bottom expansion

Rotation and Impact force

※Use a hammer drill with 1,100W~1,800W power consumption.
※It cannot be removed if installation is performed using a chemical filler.

❺Installation complete

※Installation complete by tightening the nut.

・This is a reference value when tightening the included nut.

● Be sure to check the manual before installation.
● Be sure to use the designated tool for installation.
● Insert a flat-blade screwdriver into the recess at the tip of the bolt when installing the included nut.
● When using a U-NUT, tighten the included nut first then use U-NUT to achieve double nut fixing.

❶Set the tool with anchor

❷Hammer the setting tool

❸Confirmation

❹Remove the anchor

● Be sure to check the manual before removal.
● Be sure to use the designated tool for removal.
● Do not use an impact wrench for removal.
● The sleeve will separate from the bolt immediately after its removal. Be careful not to drop it.
