AX Anchor　AX

For ALC panel / Screw-in type
  • Double expansion that opens two sleeves for strong fixation.
  • Tightening does not damage the ALC panel.
  • Two wings increase shear force and prevent co-rotation during installation.
  • Can easily distinguish metric thread and inch thread by the color of the resin.

❶Drilling / cleaning
❷Insert anchor
(AX external thread)
❸Tightening
(10 times)
❹Attach fixing fixtures. Installation complete

（Common to external and internal threads）
●Before installation, make sure that there is no gap between the main body and the washer nut.
●When tightening, be sure to set the attached washer then tighten.
●Make sure that there is no rattling in the main body, sleeve, or resin collar extension.

■Precautions during installation
●While installing internal thread screw with stainless bolts, seizure will occur, so use steel hex bolts for installation.
●Tightening with stainless bolts will cause seizure, so use AX setting tools or steel hex bolts for tightening.
❹Attach fixing fixtures. Installation complete
