Sealing Screw　SP-WS／SP-SWS／SH-WS／SH-SWS

Pan Head / Hex Head
  • Ideal for places that requires waterproof effect.
  • There is little wobbling during installation, and the penetration and installation work can be completed in one go.
  • Sealing washer uses EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber which is resistant to UV rays and high temperatures.
  • Stainless / EPDM integrated sealing washer provides high waterproof effect.
  • Made of steel products are coated with trivalent chromate which is eco-friendly and corrosion resistant.
  • Corrosion protection coating is used for made of stainless steel products.

SP Type: Insulated Sandwich Panel Fastening / Conclusion of Accessories and Drainers, etc. SH Type: Color Steel Plate Fastening, etc.

・Press the drill point vertically on the place to be installed, then use a power tool to press and slowly rotate the screw.

●Please select the suitable product after confirming the thickness of the fixture.
●Please follow the size shown in the catalog to choose a recommended screwdriver bit.
●The appropriate rotation speed of the power tool varies depending on the nominal diameter. Please install at the rotation speed according to the size.
●Install the screw vertically to the fixture.
●Stop the rotation immediately after tightening is completed. Excessive torque can cause problems such as instability in the product fit and head skipping.
