Cover Drill Screw　CR／SCR

Hex Head
  • The Cover Drill Screw has an upper thread that prevents metal roof deformation.
  • There is little wobbling during installation, and the penetration and installation work can be completed in one go.
  • For roof renovation where new metal roofs are layered without removing existing batten seams and slate roofs.
  • The upper thread increases the tightness between the main body and the sealing washer which improves waterproof effect.
  • The sealing washer (neo-sealing washer) is made by impregnated felt dipped with special resin that does not drip tar.
  • Improved corrosion resistance with stainless cap and stainless special washer (SCR Type).
  • Made of steel products are coated with trivalent chromate which is eco-friendly and corrosion resistant.

・Press the drill point vertically on the place to be installed, then use a power tool to press and slowly rotate the screw.

●Please select the suitable product after confirming the thickness of the fixture.
●Please follow the size shown in the catalog to choose a recommended screwdriver bit.
●Please perform the installation after confirming the appropriate RPM.
●Install the screw vertically to the fixture.
●Stop the rotation immediately after tightening is completed. Excessive torque can cause problems such as instability in the product fit and head skipping.
