Pan Head
  • Ideal for fastening thin steel plates (0.4 to 0.8 mm).
  • Eliminates the hassle of rivet fastening (3 steps → 1 step).

  • The PSP type has a washer and sealing washer set to improve waterproofness.
  • Made of steel products are coated with trivalent chromate which is eco-friendly and corrosion resistant.
  • Corrosion protection coating is used for made of stainless steel products.
［Application］
Fastening to Metal Plate Accessories (Drainer, Ridge Wrapping, etc.) / Building Steel Base Material / Light Gauge Steel Base Material / Substitution of Rivets, etc.

・Press the drill point vertically on the place to be installed, then use a power tool to press and slowly rotate the screw.

●Please select the suitable product after confirming the thickness of the fixture.
●Please follow the size shown in the catalog to choose a recommended screwdriver bit.
●Please install at the rotation speed according to the size.
●Install the screw vertically to the fixture.
●Stop the rotation immediately after tightening is completed. Excessive torque can cause problems such as instability in the product fit and head skipping.
