  • 12 point flange head that uses polycarbonate resin and does not rust.
  • There is little wobbling during installation, and the penetration and installation work can be completed in one go.
  • Has an excellent waterproof performance due to its special washer seal.
  • Adopting polycarbonate for the resin head provides excellent corrosion and UV resistance.
  • Twisted shank are used from PC-635 to PC-670 to prevent the steel plate from flaking and burrs, and improve adhesion.
  • Variety of head colors makes it possible to match the color of the steel plate.
  • The threaded part is coated with trivalent chromate which is eco-friendly and corrosion resistant.

・Press the drill point vertically on the place to be installed, then use a power tool to press and slowly rotate the screw.

●Please select the suitable product after confirming the thickness of the fixture.
●Please follow the size shown in the catalog to choose a recommended screwdriver.
●Please install at the rotation speed according to the size.
●Install the screw vertically to the fixture.
●Stop the rotation immediately after tightening is completed. Excessive torque can cause problems such as instability in the product fit and head skipping.

Working length explanatory diagram

In order to securely fasten the Polycarbonate 12 Point Flange Head Screw, the thread must completely protrude 3 pitches from the base steel plate. Therefore, the max. working length should be calculated by the length below the neck (L) -drill point length (Ln) -3 pitches, and when using, select the Polycarbonate 12 Point Flange Head Screw based on the working length. ＊The min. working length does not include the base steel plate.

※Note: When installing the Polycarbonate 12 Point Flange Head Screw, it may not be possible to secure the specified working length depending on the condition of the groundwork, so please use it after conducting a preliminary survey.
