AR Chemical Setter HP Anchor

For concrete / Rotation ・Hammer-in type

Demonstrates excellent fixing power by adopting a high performance resin "epoxy acrylate resin".
Use of non-styrene monomer reduces unpleasant odors.
By dispersing the granular hardener throughout the capsule, uneven mixing with the resin during bolt placement is eliminated.
Can be installed on walls and ceilings.

Installation Procedure

❶Drill a hole

❷Clean the hole 2 to 3 times

❸Mark the anchor rod

❹Insert and hammer in

⚫After embedment, the curing time of the resin differs depending on the temperature. Please check the table below. Also, do not move rods and reinforcing steels within the curing time.
⚫When installing on the wall or ceiling, please be careful about liquid dripping.
⚫Be sure to observe the expiration date (2 years from manufacturing).

❺Attach fixing elements after required curing time

・The allowable tensile load is a calculated value according to the manufacturer’s formula. The allowable load is the calculated value of the concrete failure mode when using Fc = 21N / mm2 concrete, M screws (SS400) and deformed bar SD295 (use SD345 for above D19)

⚫For the shape of the rod, use one that has a thread or deformed bar which the embedded tip is cut at an angle of 45 degrees on one side, or one that is cut into a V shape.
⚫The bolts or deformed bars are exclusively for hammer drive type.
⚫Do not use round bars etc.

⚫Ideal for bolt processing for installation of chemical anchors.
⚫Can cut up to D22 for deformed steel bars and M22 (W7 / 8) for all threaded rods.
